Each year approximately 3,500 people participate in activities offered by the Parks and Recreation Department. Activities include trips, youth and adult athletics, special events, camps and playground programs. New programs are offered quarterly and are published in brochures that are available at public buildings and inserted into the Savage Pacer newspaper.
