Description: Every session focuses on new techniques and steps while continuing mastery and studies of beginning level steps such as undulation, figure 8, Tunisian and basic Egyptian. This is a comprehensive class which includes warm-ups, technique, combinations and stretching. Ann-Marie delivers a class that helps you improve your technique while exercising and having a good time. It's a seriously fun class!
